Incont sect says in last 14 days.Often a foley needs to be coded on a 5 day MDS that
was removed in acute care.A few years ago ,I had a surveyor tell me I coded a 5 day
wrong,she couldn't see that patient had a foley.Well there was one d'c prior to snf
admit.
