Oregon allows CMA's
(Certified Medication Aides) and has for many, many years. The program
works very well. The CMA's in general are very focused because they are
responsible only for the medication pass and take that responsibility very
seriously. Through the years I have worked with many exceptional CMA's in
several different facilities. If anyone is interested in reading the
