Conversely, Jan, if you wait and do the comprehensive/admission on the 14 day, you 
will get a higher MA CMI, then if your resident stays and converts to MA after their 
MedA benefit ends, you have the higher state CMI.  The prospective CMI is always 
higher as Medicare pays for the projected therapy minutes, and the state only pays 
retrospectively.
