The only way to be sure is to download the information from the Federal Register and plug in your own numbers. For example the syntax site calculated my RUC rate at $444.73 and the actual rate is $405.10. I downloaded the Federal Register Vol. No. 188/ Monday Sept. 29, 2003. You can then take the Urban or Rural rate list and multiply it by your wage index which is also listed in the download from the Federal Register. If this is not correct someone please let me know.
