There is not a limit to the number of times Med A can be restarted per
spell of illness as long as all regulations/qualifying criteria are met.
If he restarts therapy within 30 days of d/c from Medicare, Med A
coverage can be restarted and he is entitled to remaining days of this
spell of illness.
