radiation / chemo skillable service?

Hello to all,     I need some assistance with a pending resident with a DX of palate CA . He will be receiving radation tx at an off site ca facility. Is it true that you can't skill him for radaition tx becaue his radiation tx's are of site of snf. IF so how long could you skill him for. What would you do? Help once agian needed. thanks nancy
