We have a resident with many mood indicators. The last MDS we did she had
about 5 indicators that went from 1 to 0 and she had 2 that went from 1 to 2 - I am
thinking to code for improvement and document why in the RAP, noting the 2 areas that
got a little worse. Any thoughts/comments? Thank you in advance.
