Hi all, I will scan on weds at my office into computer this kardex/flowsheet  for CNA's so everyone can have it.Many of you have asked today for it. What else are you looking for out there in cyberland. I travel to many NHS and ALFs and everyone shares with me, so ask me, privately, and I will look in my travels.
