Is this the way everyone
understands this? The 60 days wellness period does not have to be the 60
days prior to the 3 day qualifying stay?

break prior to the IV's. The 60 day break does not have to be
immediately before the hospital stay. It sounds like she had
a 60 day break so just because she had IV's before going to the hospital
does not mean she couldn't have a new benefit period.
