Can someone on the listserve please address the scheduling of the careplans.
Some of us were under the impression that the 1st care plan was to be completed by 21
days from admission date and the next care plan was 90 days from admission, therefore
you would always have 2 care plans within the first quarter of admission. Reading the
MDS manual we can not find anything that refers to that? Any information on scheduling
care plans would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
