osteoporotic. Unable to use hoyer due to fear of further
fractures.
Unable to sit in wheelchair. No bed scale. How
would I code weight
loss if I can't weigh her? She is on a TF for all
nutrition and
hydration. I tried coding the NA option in MDI software
and it is not
accepted. Any ideas??
