Hi, I am so busy and just didn't have time today to
fulfill a request. I need in writing where it states that you
can issue a denial letter on the last covered day. I know that
this does not mean that the denial letter should come as a shock to the
resident or family but I need something that says the above. Any help would be
appreciated I just ran out of time today. Thanks.
Jeanne

I pulled some info about the new letters that we are supposed to be
using. I didn't save that discussion and now my billing auditor wants
sepcifics about it. Where can I find more
info? Thanks, Michelle This message is confidential,
