15 minutes after my previous email, state walked in here for our
revisit. Tomorrow is our effective date for denial of payment and CMPs
based on our December survey. Would appreciate prayers, vibes, etc here as
well.

Been there, done that.
Personally, I agree with you about the prayer. It also helps to
remember that the survey team has a very important job, and are entrusted
with making sure that the residents are cared for safely and
appropriately.They are not out to get you.

Surveyors came in yesterday, around 9:30a or
so. Annual Survey, declared immediate jeopardy yesterday due to chemicals
(cleaning supplies, air freshener, mouthwash, etc.) in resident accessible
areas. We stayed & cleaned all that up, but this is also
an "extended survey" now. Please remember us in your prayers
today! Thanks!
p.s. (kinda "preaching") the Bible tells us
to pray for those with authority over Christians and I do that daily, with
surveyors listed specifically (with President, police, etc)... They
can cause havoc at times, can't they?
