The correct code to use is the 733.13.
You first look up Fracture and then narrow down to compression which then it states:
"see also Fracture,by site nontraumatic -see Fracture, pathologic.
Lumbar- see vertebra (if you look thru the choices listed you will see compression,
not due to trauma with the code 733.13
If you look up Fracure then pathologic you will find vertebrae(collapse) with the code
733.13
