Just wondering when a LPN is an MDS Coordinator in a facility, does he/ she sign off on the sections she/ he completes and the RN sign off on R2b stating that the MDS is complete? Or does the RN need to look over her/his work and sign off on the sections that were completed, also? Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thanks.
