Not to me, I was just curious because AANAC calls it Resident vs others
seem to call their cert program other things.

I've only ever known it to stand for registered nurse assessment
coordinator, that is what my badge has ever said at the 3 facilities I
work for and that is what they are refereed to as in most of the
facilities in my area of PA
