Bed Hold Policy

Hi,   Does anyone have a Bed Hold and a Theraputic Leave policy they would be willing to share?  I have to revise ours as part of a plan of correction.  We are a hospital attached facility and do only skilled nursing, not Medicare on our side of the building.  I would appreciate any help you can provide!   Thanks,   Mary Jayne Kitchens [EMAIL PROTECTED]
