The regulations and guidelines for completion of MDS assessments as outlined in the RAI User's Manual apply to all assessments.  If there were exceptions, they would be noted in the manual.

Hello all,
 
We are having a little debate in my facility.  Are the other discilipines required to docment on NON OBRA assessments?????????  Are they regulated to do the same assessments as if they were doing a OBRA assessment?
 
Could someone point me the the direction where this is documented and let me know what you do at your facility
