As I said in my previous e-mail, the only thing that triggers the default is a late ARD.  Late transmission is a survey issue, not a payment issue.  Timing of transmission has nothing to do with paying the default rate.

Is there a time issue with transmissions?  Where can I find info related to transmissions?  Can any default be related to transmission?
