Angie I would still do a 5day Medicare (Admission or re-entry) and would probably make the ARD date Monday and if there is no other reason to skill, then cut, with Monday being the last skilled day.  As long as the therapy was ordered, you would have presumption of coverage and can use that for at least a few days.    Sherri
