you do not have to do the admission MDS, you did the 5 day to cover your Medicare. She was discharged prior to the admission assessment.

I have a PPS patient, have done only the 5day because we were expecting her to be here only 9 days. Now I discover that she is not leaving until the morning of the 14^th day��..I know I don�t need to do a 14day , but am I screwed and have to do the Initial ?
