She is eligible because she had a qualifying stay of 3 days at the hospital
even though its past her 30 days. This is assuming she has Medicare days
available.

I know this has been discussed before, but please respond. Res. on MedA,
therapy d/c's, nothing to skill her. 26 days after therapy d/c's she's
readmitted to the hospital and has a 10 day stay. Upon return, can I skill
her? It's been more than 30 days since therapy d/c'd her, but doesn't the
hospitalization count as skilled days, therefore making her eligible to
resume her hundred days where she left off?
  Thanks for your help!
