This was addressed at a recent snf open door forum by Mary Pratt, who said:   "I know that it definitely will not be ready in 2004.  And I think 2005 would be optimistic.  But it is certainly a possibility.  But no decisions have been made at this time.  We are still in the process of making these decisions.  And when we have something final, we will update the web site, the 3.0 web site."    The 3.0 web site still has "pending" on the time line as of this morning.
