I had a physician that used a signature stamp and he said
that he had to get it okayed by the court and it became a legal signature
stamp and since I have arthritis in my hands, I have thought getting me one
that way
Question for the group - what are the
requirements/regulations about physicians using signature stamps to sign
monthly orders? If anyone could let me know where documentation is -
