Have any of you had the experience of having your D.O.N. "suggest" that your coding is incorrect because we don't want that on the QI report?  How did you handle it?
I refused to do this. I reminded her that if the State caught us doing this, we could be cited at F 278 for inaccurate assessments and potentially falsifying information. There is a possibility for up to a $5000 fine for the individual that causes another individual to certify material and false statements in a resident assessment for each assessment.
