I'm not Nathan but can I make a comment?
When was the last day of treatment of rehab?
Since GT is one of the reasons you are skilling this
resident, after last day of treatment of rehab,
patient maybe skilled because of the GT if it meets
the required calories & fluids and has Medicare days
available.
Also, you cannot extend Medicare coverage just because
Rehab forgot to inform the team that resident has been
discontinued.
