Angie,   Do you have psych. services come into your bldg? If so they may be doing a DISCUS every 6 months which is their way of monitoring for side effects and will meet guidelines. Otherwise The AIMS is done. In the facilities I've been in its done with the MDS quarterly or with any sign. change. The Surveyors i've worked with like to see this done every 6 months and currently done in the facility I am in.   Jeff
