If it was
incomplete, it should have been rejected. If for some reason it was accepted
you'll need to INACTIVATE (to clear it out of the state data base), complete
it, and resubmit.
I transmitted an assessment to state today that I had not
completed. What do I do? Do I inactivate it or what?
