Does anyone have a tool they
use to assess a new RN orientee during his/her probationary period before
committing to full-time employment on shift they will work? Hopefully questions
that are pertinent for RN Supervisor position. I did this years ago and had a
form I used but as job descriptions change so does the paperwork. If anyone has
