Need advice -
The physician order sheet (monthly rewrites) has a space which requires a signature of the person checking the entries. THe entry at the bottom of the order sheet states:
Person Checking Entries:
By_________________ Title_________ Date________________
My question is "who" is required to check the entries? Does it have to be a RN or can a LPN check the entries.
