In the August update to the RAI manual, a scab is listed as a stage 2.  HOWEVER, only if the scab is on an ULCER.  Injuries are no longer considered ulcers, so unless the scab is on an ULCER it would not be coded in M1. ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, April 01, 2004 4:08 PM Subject: How do code a scab?
