I write the notes from the care plan meetings. I put in there the
changes made, the suggestions, and any issues, and just summarize how the res.
done the past 92 days. I also put in there any suggestions from the
other departments. The other disciplines have not wrote on the care plan
notes for years. I agree they can be very time consuming. Just
gone done writting on 4 care plans. Slow week for me. next week
bites with 6 care plans, and the week after bites, 5 care plans plus one new
one I have to write. But I do love my job just not some of the paper
work.
