Rt returned from acute care with therapy orders. Within the last 48 hrs has
taken a dramatic change for the worse. Appears to be in acute renal failure.
Therapy had to pull out. No notation from doc re terminal. family requested
no further treatment. Will prob die this week end. at what point do you all
cut from medicare as nursing continues to do the things they have to do
without orders for palliative care.
