I am not Rena, but I agree with you rrehab. director. That is how it has
been handled traditionally. I will be interested in what Rena has to say
about 5x per week therapy covered by Part B .... skilled level of care or
not?

part B rehab at 3-4 times a week because our rehab director considers 5-6
times a week for rehab under part A.
