I worked for a place few years ago that had gone thru survey just before I
arrived.Holes in the MAR were an issue esp meal percentages and weight loss.Part of
the plan of correction was the monitoring shift to shift.The admin and DON assiged
this task to all dept heads.We would each take 1 of the 3 units and go up one half
hour before the change of shift.We did this several times a week all 3 shifts.Anyone
be taught how to find holes and look for prn doc.
