Dear Listmates:
Can anyone sent me this info.
Thank you
I have been asked by a nursing home client to draft a short agreement for use with suppliers for the furnishing of services to the nursing home's Medicare Part A patients.  Such services are payable under the Medicare RUG rates, so the suppliers must seek payment from the nursing home.

The purpose of the agreement is to limit payment to the amount the suppliers would have received had they billed Medicare directly.

Does anyone have a sample agreement he/she would be willing to share?  I've looked at multiple resources and have not been able to find good guidance on drafting such agreements.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Sincerely,
