We have developed a template for assessments that we email to our disciplines.  It lays out what the ARD is, what kind of assessment and WHEN we need the documentation from them.  That way they know how much time they have.  Sometimes staff do it early because they are afraid to be late.  If you can show them how much time they have --and let them know that they cannot give their assessment earlier than the day AFTER the ARD , they should get the idea. ----- Original Message ----- From: Alice Smith To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, April 07, 2004 5:06 PM Subject: Completing sections prior to the ARD Are any of your dietary, activities or social services RAI teammates completing their MDS sections ON or BEFORE the ARD?  I find this to be a problem for part-time or consulting staff.
