You will need to check the specific codes against the consolidated billing Helpfile to determine if it is excluded from consolidated billing.  If it is, then the provider of the service can bill it to Part B.  Go to http://www.cms.hhs.gov/manuals/pm_trans/A02_118a.zip - this is the helpfile that is currently available (the helpfile for 2004 is not available yet.)  Also, codes added for 2004 can be found at http://www.cms.hhs.gov/medlearn/2004snfannualupdate.asp
