There is no regulation about medicare meetings, but it is a very smart thing to do.  In our meetings, we discuss progress, discharge plans, etc. so everyone is on the same page.    There is no federal regulation about updating DNR’s yearly, but you may want to check your state regulations to see if they have any such regulation.   Brenda W.
