At my facility the dietician works part time also.The long term care patients have
more time between ard and completion.The problem exists with our PPS
patients,sometimes the dual coded PPS/ Obra MDS.She sometimes signs on the ARD because
of time constaints.I usually review her answers as I usually follow her.What answers
under the dietary section would have a different answer if she waited until the next
day,perhaps the starting of an IV.
