we have part time dietary, and she is really good. I will often open the mds for her and she enters her info. I review it all anyway, we havn't had any problems with it, and actually you have an edit tme prior to transmission, so if something would change, we catch it. We don't have  problem with late assessments.

Completion of their respective sections on the MDS is an expectation of employment & if not completed on time then it is a performance issue. Even with contract labor.

Are any of your dietary, activities or social services RAI teammates completing their MDS sections ON or BEFORE the ARD?  I find this to be a problem for part-time or consulting staff.
