Need help please. Patient admit 3/23/04 with medicare replacement 5 day done
with ARD of 3/27/04 patient goes to traditional medicare on 4/01/04 I was
completing admission MDS with ARD of 4/03/04 but how do I code for PPS when
medicare went into effect 4/1/and I complete4d 5 day for medicare
