Subject: Decision Tree
Has anyone ever seen or developed a Skilled Nursing Decision Tree. In a
number of our facilities our MDS Coor. are never quite sure whether or not
to keep a Part A on Medicare after therapy is dc'd. Because there could be
an infinite number of scenarios for why to skill, I'm having trouble trying
to summarize it into a decision tree a tool.
Thanks/cp
