So what was the question? How to access the
Common Working File? If so -- You should be able to access the Common Working
File through your FI. Providers do not have direct access to the CWF. Your
billers probably should know how to do this. If not, contact your FI. They
should be able to point you to somewhere on their web site where you can
download instructions. For example, at the Mutual Medicare web site, there is
a 29-page manual called "CWF Logon Procedures." But contact your FI because
not all FIs have the same type of payment system so there is a good chance the
logon procedures would differ as well-Caralyn
