I consider "oversight" as "checking up on."
That means things like making sure the washcloths have been used when the
resident says that they bathed or making sure that the resident has changed
clothing. Oversight might have any direct communication with the resident,
but would be done to make sure that the resident's care needs and safety needs
are being met.
