In Ohio, annual testing is required.  The two-step is required on admissions, with a single q year thereafter.  Or a cxr if applicable.    Sherri     Request from infection control nurse:  She went to a meeting this week and heard that we should be doing annual PPD testing on all residents.  I am in NYS.    We currently do a 2 step PPD with follow up CXR if positive on admission.  Has it changed?  Does anyone know current regulation, reference on line etc I could refer her to?
