I have a pt admitted to skilled with a Humana Gold policy---this is
apparently a medicare replacement policy. Is anyone familiar with
it???? Do I need to do a 5 day MDS---or only the obra 14 day?? What
do I check under the payment source under A?? I did call their office,
and they didn't have a clue what I was talking about.
