If they were in a Rehab RUG, yes. If the minutes were low and the RUG was not a Rehab 
RUG , no. An OMRA is used for the purpose of changing a RUG for billing purposes in 
mid cycle.

Resident admitted with 22 available Medicare days.  Therapy to discontinue today, 3/22 
(9 days remaining). Resident has multiple open areas and IV therapy. Would the OMRA 
still need done?  (Resident has secondary insurance which will cover her remaining 
days here - she was admitted short term).
