New Medicare Position

Greetings to all of you! I have been given a new position at my LTC facility. Previously I had done all Long Term Medicaid and Private pay residents. The New position involves strictly Medicare. We have had some problems that resulted in a not so effective Medicare system within our facility. My questions for you are:What advice can you give me? Are their any tools you use that makes you job easier? Are there any forms such as for Medicare meetings which you could share with me? I will take any assistance you can give. There is no sense in reinventing the wheel. You all seem like an effective group to ask these questions to. We have 130 beds all dually certified. Thank You ahead of time for any help you can give!
