Subject: Paying for Private Room

If a Medicare A resident is staying or wants to occupy a private room versus
the standard room (three beds per room), can the facility change the
resident the difference? It should be noted that all the room are certified.
If so, can you cite your reference. Thank You! Mary Sullivan, RN
